Where do local circle track guys gather?

I accumulated a TON of parts from a Busch series shop that was moving and am trying to find out if there is a forum for guys that do this kind of racing. If you know anyone that needs NASCAR type parts, send them to the link below. I figure there is probably a forum dedicated to local circle track racers but am yet to find one anywhere near the scale of CF.
