Default Need help with 93 z-28

I have a 93 Z-28 and it just clocked over 100,xxx miles on it. Its an auto trans, and has a few bolt ons but nothing major. I clocked my gas mileage at around 9-10mpg's. I brought it to one shop and they had to clear some misfire codes and said that was the problem but the car is still getting terrible gas mileage. Any suggestions?

It could be a bunch of different things...... Has the car had a tune up(plugs, wires, air filter, fuel filter etc....)? Could be a bad O2, cat, opti etc..... Could also be a combo of a few different things. Also how are you driving it, that car driven hard is likely to produce 11-12 MPG's around town, if thats the case your not too far off where you should be. If you driving easy and you have some mixed city/hwy then you should be seeing upper teens with no problem.

Ive had the car in for regular checks. The distributor was changed not to long ago, the plugs and wires and filter were also done not to long ago. I drive this car back and forth to school and I try to get good gas mileage out of it so I drive it easy. To a full tank it gets like between 180-200 and I believe it has a 15.5 gallon tank.
