I know that this is a Corvette website, but I'd have to vote for the '66 427 Cobra roadster. The '63 Corvette Grand Sport is a close second, at least in my opinion.

I'd say 93-95 mazda rx7 (fd)...the lines are spectacular to me. Close second is the aston martin vanquish...yummy!
