Default [FS NORCAL] '06 Lexus IS250 RWD

Well, I'm changing jobs and the need for a "business" vehicle (as well as the reimbursment to go with it) is going away. I'd really like to keep this car, but I'm trying hard to take advantage of the housing market in the next year so something has to give (and you better believe I'm keeping the Z06 ).

The Car:
  • 2006 Lexus IS250, RWD
  • Six-Speed Automatic w/ Paddle Shifting
  • ~29,000 Miles
  • Blue Onyx Pearl Exterior (Dark Metallic Blue)
  • Black Leather
  • Bird's Eye Maple Interior Accents
  • Nav Package (w/ the all-important Bluetooth integration)
  • Heated/Cooled Seats
  • It has the optional side curtain and rear airbags
  • Much more (I have the original window sticker so I can get into further detail w/ a prospective buyer)

Also, the car is currently sitting on 19x8.5/9.5” Savini Forged SV2’s w/ Bridgestones (235-275).

I have an extended warranty (fully transferable) on the car good for 7 yrs (from original sale date) or 100k miles.

You can see one of the times I rave about my IS here:

NADA Value here: http://www.nadaguides.com/usedcars.a...&z=95134&da=-1

I would sell the car "as is" with the warranty and the 19"s for $31,000. I'll even throw in a set of new in the box Eibach ProKit springs for it. I can "sell back" the warranty for $1,500 so if you don't want the warranty the price would be $29,500. I will discount another $1,500 with the vehicle on stock wheels.

Still on stock wheels:

Big advantage of this car over the competition is the direct injected 2.5L V6 which still gives 200+ HP but great MPG. Here's my MPG on a recent tank that had some freeway running (Sac and back) but also some traffic and in-town:

Pic on the new wheels, had just washed it so the rotors are showing surface rust and not the best lighting. I'll get more pics for interested buyers:
