Ok, who are my BMW experts? The wife is looking hard at a
Alpine White 4 dr 335i turbo. It has paddle shifts, sport susp, nav, and is the higher end of the 335s from what I could tell. I know zero about BMWs.
I drove this car today and I must say, I was nothing less than impressed at handling, braking, acceleration for what it is.
What should I pay for this car? They had it stickered at 49k, said they had 0.9% financing if need and would be "REALLY" willing to neg.
Friend of mine just paid 400 over invoice on a 335 coupe. He said something about there is a $1900 incentive offered to BMW to sell the automatics right now or something like that. Basically it should make the auto option "free". Havent driven/riden one yet but i am VERY interested in the car especially when a quick chip/tune with some basic bolt ons is netting 70-100+ hp gain. Plus i miss the feel of a turbo car.

A coworker of mine took me for a test drive a few months ago in his 335i Sedan. Like you mentioned, a very impressive car indeed. I know with a 'chip' modification some more ponies could be unleashed.
I'm looking at 335 coupes, but haven't gotten to the point of discussing price yet. In this market I assume they can be had for something close to invoice.
