Uhh, what exactly is it you need proof of? Did I claim to own something that you believe I dont have? What excuse did I make up?
Also, I never made fun of your car. Never once did I say, "You have a POS car."
"All you have to respond with are witty statements."
What am I supposed to respond with, a life story?
Digital fairy tale, eh? Yes, because I have made up every single thing I've said here.
"As a man, you'll never measure up." Ok then. Its obvious now that you know me and of all of my accomplishments.

VH, clearly you need one of these before you can continue the conversation:

So this isn't a provocation?
I don't need proof of anything from you, I just decided to let you know who your talking to. When you type things like that try to imagine your saying it to their face. But you don't need to do that because you have an avatar to hide behind. I already know enough, you don't have to tell me anything about yourself.
Please note your quotes above.
No, you don't.
I was referring to the fact that you prefer to speak negatively about others without the benefit of being seen.
I don't need to. If you were anything more than a smata$$ here to get off on putting people down you would've at least come up with a lie. I don't care what school you went to, where your from, or what you do.
This is the only forum I post on, because 99% of the folks on here are good to go. But there's always that 1%. That guy that's just here to pi$$ people off. And then that 1% always prefers to remain anonymous.
Who the hell are you to make fun of my car? I work my a$$ off for my family, I had to make sacrifices for them and I'm damn proud to be a blue collar guy. I earned everything I have and no one ever helped me. It occurs to me that that's all a guy like you has to measure his manhood with.
I don't have that problem.

You can outrun a vette around the ring but you cant outrun ugly...
here is another quote i found from a forum racer about this ugly turd
Both were rolling starts, from PIT out to *
Both were on semi Wet or damp tracks
Vette was on stock GY tires
the other was on special cut slicks
*
Corvette was to PIT IN
The other was on run on a shortened track do to conduction. 10 sec shorter
ie. both were on the N-ring but as with many other cars, dates and times. The track distance was NOT CONSTANT.
NO cars cross the start finish line unless it is a race.
Last N-ring times are for marketing only and does the phase:
PROFESSIONAL DRIVER
CLOSE COURSE
DO NOT ATTEMPT AT HOME
Mean any thing?

Wow, this thread gave me a good perspective of some C4 owner's mentality....
...and then they bitch we don't get respect at car shows and nobody waves.

The GT-R is a badazz car and once again the Haterade is strong in this thread.
I'm still a bigger pimp than all you *****, though.

No because it wasn't their car. It was a owners car that just purchased it. They didn't want to RAG it.

How are they going to manage that?
Yea, but it did that with race tires...
Wow... um wrong. I have been in C5's at 150ish and it felt calm and smooth. I have driven my C4 up to about 130 and didn't have a problem...
And I had 120k miles on a 24 year old Vette before I redid the seats to a color I like...
No, no they didn't.
But did it have them on in the testing?

The GTR was not on race tires when it ran the ring. The same tires that are presented with the factory car, are the same ones it ran on. Nurburgring does not allow times for production cars with slicks.

7:38 my ***, it ran a 7:38 with cut-slick tires and it only managed to beat the vette by 4 seconds which is the car running run flats. get your facts straight .

"Mizuno claimed a time of 7minutes 38 seconds, compared with 7:43 for a Porsche 911 GT3 and 7:32 for a Carrera GT, but he was anxious to point out that there had been "two wet patches on the circuit." Indeed, he mentioned the "wet patches" so many times that you wondered why Nissan simply hadn't waited for a dry day. Mizuno reckoned that a time of around 7:30 should have been possible in the dry, but that going much faster would have required hand-cut slicks, which isn't "real world." Bizarrely, Nissan admitted to having different test drivers for different lapping. While Chief Test Driver Toshio Suzuki operates in the 7:30-7:40 range, his right-hand man is a 7:40-7:50 man."
"""As it seems here in the more recent quote that the GTR was running average of 7:40-7:50 and with their best driver 7:30-7:40. The chief engineer even goes as far to say that under the right conditions the GTR should be capable of a time as low as 7:30 on its factory tires."""
You go on to say that the GTR is 4 sec ahead which is true, but it is also at a weight dissadvantage. This clearly illustrates the superiority of the drivetrain.
