1986 305 Buick Regal value?

Question I am selling my mom's Buick Regal 2 door and want to get an idea of a price as the car has only 18,000 miles. Original everything if that is important to the buyer. Because it was hardly used the exhaust was replaced twice and the paint is seriously faded. Car is a computerized 305 with A/T.

Do these cars have a following or is it just and old car? Several folks stopped by and talked about dropping crate engines in but it was not for sale and no one ever talked $$$. Sell locally or ebay it?

gn's and t-types/turbo t's have value but the v8 cars really arent special, they made allot of them.
