Default Kobalt tools made in Taiwan?

I just picked up a Kobalt 3/8 roto-ratchet. After I got home I noticed on the packaging that it was made in Taiwan. I thought Kobalt tools were made in the USA.

I believe it is all import and has been for years. They use to be made by JH Williams (Snap-on owned) many years ago, but much like most retailers, they want low cost not high quality. Maybe they have some USA, but I think the bulk is import.
