Default NCIS episode: Good Cop, Bad Cop

Watched tonight's(10-13-09) episode and at the end was a dedication to Special Agent Robert Bryan. Here is the link and the story:

http://www.kitsapsun.com/news/2009/o...ames-bryan-50/

Quote:
Robert James Bryan

formerly of Bremerton

July 3, 1959

to Sept. 21, 2009

Veteran

Robert James "Bob" Bryan was born July 3, 1959, and raised in Bremerton. He attended public schools in Bremerton and graduated from West Bremerton High School in 1977. Among his high school activities were football, wrestling, choir and the National Honor Society.

Bob attended Olympic Community College and Western Washington University, graduating with a BA in history in 1981. He was hired as a Special Agent by the Navy Criminal Investigative Service in 1983.

Bob served tours with NCIS in several locations: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard; aboard the USS Ranger; and as a Supervisor in Sasebo, Japan, Bangor WA, and Port Hueneme and Los Angeles, CA. Since 2005, Bob had been the supervisor of the NCIS Los Angeles Resident Agency at Seal Beach, CA.

Bob had a wide range of experience and training with the NCIS. He was trained for and conducted numerous protective missions in several locations, including Washington DC, India, Japan and Bahrain. He conducted Criminal, Counter-Terrorism, and Counter-Intelligence investigations and operations, and served as a counselor, mentor, and inspector. He also conducted surveillance and counter-surveillance activities and undercover operations.

Bob had over 40 years' experience with firearms, was certified as a "Distinguished Weapons Expert," and was a seasoned instructor. Bob lent firearm training assistance to cast members of the hit TV show "NCIS" on a regular basis.

Pursuing an active lifestyle, Bob's personal activities and interest included competitive shooting, reading (primarily European, Western and military history), hiking, motor racing and amateur gun smithing. He was an avid student of miliary and naval history.

Bob resided in Green Valley Lake, CA. Surviving are his adult children Emilie, of the U.S. Army, Conor, of the family home, and their mother, Kimm Balter Bryan; his parents, Judge Robert and Cathy Bryan of Tacoma; and brothers, Ted of Wenatchee, WA, and Ron of Sitka, AK.

Bob passed away from complications of pneumonia on September 21, 2009. Services were held in California. Remembrances may be made to Olympic College or any charity of choice.
Too young too soon. I know that there are many fans of this show on this forum.

Well some of us are not too quick to see the credits due to some stations broadcasting junk commercials over them and using fast forward to go to other shows rather than let us watch it right.I am glad this site gave me the answer I was craving..

This I did not know.I had thought affirmative action made them hire Rocky Carrol.I am glad it was a decision based on facts and not due to ratings quota!
