My last bottle was Balvenie Scotch 12 Year Double Wood recommended by Notslo.
Damn that was tasty for $35.

The only single malt I've found that I like at all is Balvenie 21.. I think it was around $70 or so.

Damn, cheapest I've seen is $130 on that.
I vote for Caol Ila 18 yr or Lagavulin 16 yr.

Maybe it was, I don't remember. I tried several different bottles last year and haven't really acquired a taste for any of them.

It's 50-60 bucks in Ohio, I found that 12 year Aberlour by Glenlivet is almost as good and is 32 bucks. It's aged 6 years in oak and 6 years in sherry just like the Balvenie Doublewood.

Damn, damn, damn good but I am not sure it is $120 a bottle good.
Next bottle will be the Bushmill.
