Default Anywhere in the Bay Area where I could rent a dyno?

I want to tune my own car but I would really like a dyno to do it on, is there a place I could rent a dyno by the hour? I think I would probably need 2 hours of dyno time to get it all dialed in. Does something like that exist in the Bay Area?

Thanks!

I can see major liability issues for a shop, but you can ask. These are some peninsula dyno shops I contacted a few years back:TPS,Dyno Performance Santa Clara,Z Car Garage San Jose,Dynosport Racing San Jose,All Auto Campbell.

Flash ECU to stock and replace aftermarket non-smog-certified components with stock ones, then undo it - every two years. Or, yknow.

I really don’t want to have to do that. Worst comes to worst I’ll register it out of state or something.

A good tune will not affect passing smog in my experience. So long as any modifications are relatively mild (no huge cams, long tube headers, etc.) and all the emissions equipment is intact.

I thought they had a computer program that would fail the car if it detected any change from how the car came the factory and fail it.

I knew about that as well, but my experience was otherwise. On newer vehicles I suppose things could be different, but on my C5 and mid 2000's truck which were smogged in different counties from one another there have been zero problems.
