I'm looking for shops which have some knowledge of C4 model (looking to perform pre-purchase inspection). It has to be in Santa Rosa or Petaluma area.

I lived in Santa Rosa for 12 years and never had much luck with anyone there. The Chevy dealer in Petaluma is so so and could probably do a decent job for you. If you can, take it to Abel in Rio Vista. Perhaps someone else can chime in for you. Good luck.

Try DiMatteo's hot rod shop. Mike is the owner, he is a corvette owner himself. He maybe able to help in taking a look. The shop is at the end of Todd Road off of Santa Rosa Ave.
