Im in Chicago, but I had the same error on the website. I ended up calling, and it appears almost all the sessions are full throughout the country.

What the fine lad did tell me over the phone was; they accept walk ups. Additionally, he said the site issues are a known problem and should be fixed by tomorrow.

I just signed up my son for the teen driving clinic on Aug 17th by phone. So I can't confirm if the website works, but the phone does.
