OMG! Can they prosecute the Town Car driver for murder?

Even if so, answer is no unless it was intentional. To be sure, the driver of the towncar will say it was an accident.

So it is a real accident. Got a link on my Facebook page from CorvetteOnline.com with the picture. They were asking if folks thought it was real or a fake.
