Default $4.29 vs $3.85 ouch

Did a day trip today from Napa to Corning and back in my Buick Regal GS. Coming home got down to 1/4 tank and decided to stop in Williams and filled up at a Chevron. 91 octane $4.29. Not good but a lot better than the $4.50+ I was payng a couple of weeks ago.

Decided to take some back roads instead of 80 so got off at Winters at Hwy 128. And the Chevron there was $3.85 for premium.
44 cents lower; 15 gallons, you do the math.

The lowest cost gas out there is Arco and Costco.
No matter how much it goes down they have us brainwashed into thinking a .20 cent difference makes a difference. The dollar something per gallon is gone and those days made a difference.

The 76 station on 101 across from the Red Barn north of Prunedale was
at 4.59 for premium last night, Nov 11, 2012. Friday, the Chevron
at Monterey and Vinyard in Morgan Hill was at 3.99.

Go figure.

That 3.69 price was for 87 at the Chevron at Leavesley and Murray (near 101). It's 3.95 for 91 (cash or Chevron card price).

If you go to Costco you can get 6 bottles for $17.00. A week ago you could get it for $10.00 as they had a rebate of $10.00 at cash register.

yup it is!, it went to 3:49 today!! damn them. From my understanding gas is so strictly regulated and tested that the only difference is the bona fair has no additives in it like cheveron but i dunno i just don't even want to put that gas in the vette, but the honda element i'll put anything in that!
