Hello and welcome to the 2012 5th Annual Rainbow Run!

For all of you that would like to meet in Pleasant Hill/Concord, lets say about 8:30am at Sun Valley Mall in the parking lot ACROSS from Bank of America where we usually meet. The configuration of the BOA parking lot causes problems when we are ready to leave and tends to delay people due to the stop sign and traffic light. The new meeting spot is in the corner of the Sears parking lot closest to Willow Pass Road, directly across from BOA.



We will have plenty of room to park our cars and is very convenient for those who are not familiar with the area since all of the Corvettes attending will be visible as soon as you get off the freeway. This allows everyone to get up here by 9:00am when we can cruise out and go straight to Georges meet up spot in Petaluma by 9:40ish for the pre-cruise meeting and to fill up our tanks at the gas stations nearby.

This will probably be gone over several times, but the Petaluma meeting spot is the LAST place to fill up before the long 2-3 hours of driving before we arrive at our lunch destination.

You will want to take the Willow Pass exit off of 680. At the light turn left and go under the freeway and make your first right (not back onto the freeway) into Sun Valley Shopping Center. Immediately make your first left at the stop and you will see all the Vettes in the parking lot.

Please let me know if you and any additional guest(s) are attending the **East Bay** meeting spot so I can get a tally for George and dinner reservations.

Great! Thanks for checking in. I wont duplicate the reservations, I just want a head count from the EB that way George can create the master list of people attending and send out final instructions.

T- I noticed that immediately after posting the thread, but I'm sure everyone would click on the link anyways to get more info so i didnt bother changing it.

I'll be seeing you at Sun Valley again correct?

I guess this bright green Vette will be at Shell / Sizzler lot (Hillcrest @ hwy4 Antioch) at 8am then head out about 8:15am meet at Sun Valley mall spot by 8:45. If no one shows I'll see ya in Concord.

same corner shopping center. Other way tho along the freeway. Shell gas then Jack in the Box and then Sizzler.

Cruise and dinner for me. Cruising down to see daughter in Phoenix afterwards. Sure will be a long day. I know the weather will be much nicer in AZ. Can't wait to start my vacation.

Thanks Geo! I just need to know how many to expect at the East Bay meeting spot.

So once again if you will eventually be meeting at the mall that morning and your name isnt on the list let me know so I have an idea of who will show up.

All those that are coming from Oakley/Brentwood/Antioch/Pittsburg are under the assumption that I can expect to see you at the mall by 8:45!

i just to make sure i will be heading up to petaluma with eastbay group and 1st from dublin group.
