Please remember and give thanks to the many men & women who gave their lives so we can enjoy our freedom, our way of life and our pursuit of happiness.

God Bless our Armed Forces and keep them safe!

I don't think our Veterans get enough appreciation or the level of respect they should be given these days. I want to thank everyone who has or continues to serve our great country.

If any you like to read.. read the book "The Greatest Generation" by Tom Brokaw... EXTREMELY MOTIVATING book about the sacrifices by the WWII generation. After reading the book you will have a greater appreciation of what TRUE sacrifice is and how fortunate we are these days to have the freedom we do. The WWII Generation are true heros.

About 8 years ago I went back to Washington DC/ Virginia and stop by Arlington Cemetery and met a veteran who was a survivor or the Bataan Death March in the Pacific. He was there visiting his friends who never made it back. After the tour of Arlington I saw he was sitting on a bench with his daughter and I walked up to him and extended my hand to shake and said, "I want to thank you for all my relatives and the all the Chinese people because if it was not for you we would not be here today" He looked at me and just said, "Thank you" I said, "All the thanks is to you sir.. you are the reason I am here today.... thank you and everyone who fought for us" I then walked away and his daughter ran after me and said, "That is the nicest thing anyone has ever said to him" My reply was, "The pleasure was all mine... I'm very fortunate to have meet your father"

I will never forget that moment for the rest of my life.. I remember it like it was yesterday.
