Melting Slicks
For those leaving from Sac, we are meeting at the Hooters/Starbucks parking lot in Rancho Cordova off of Hwy 50 between 7 and 7:30. If we leave no later than 7:15 we should be fine and will be picking up a few other cars along the way. I will be stopping a some point to pick up my brother who is coming from Martinez, so I will be playing catch up after that. See everyone on Saturday.

i'm hoping to make this run. we'll have to see as the week progresses.
BTW......are you planning on going thru the Napa vinyards by way of hwy 12/121 of 80? or were you going to shoot straight through to 37 (six flags) and by infineon to petaluma? reason i'm asking is that sometimes 37 (around mare island) gets congested and the 12/121 route is pretty scenic.
just a thought.....hope to see y'all saturday.

i'm hoping to make this run. we'll have to see as the week progresses.
BTW......are you planning on going thru the Napa vinyards by way of hwy 12/121 of 80? or were you going to shoot straight through to 37 (six flags) and by infineon to petaluma? reason i'm asking is that sometimes 37 (around mare island) gets congested and the 12/121 route is pretty scenic.

The two previous runs we have gone down 80 and picked up cars along the way in Dixon, Fairfield etc. Hope you can make it, it is a long day but a good one.

Just looked through last years thread and it looks like we met at the parking lotfor Hooters and Starbucks around 6:30 and left at 7. We picked up a couple of cars in West Sac and then picked up Rich and Carrie in Dixon. If that is okay with everyone we can just do it again this year.

a lot of people are going to be going the 37 to lakeville way.. best way to go... shouldnt be any traffic that early...
