Looking for help h/c package 05-a4

Does anyone have solid numbers for H/C, Intake change on LS2.
My current MOD's are. Honker CAI, ZO6 exhaust to GHL Mufflers, 342 Gears.
I would like the car to pass sniffer but at the same time a little horspower never hurts, I run the car mostly on weekends and would like to hit strip at least once a year. I have considered a few head changes .
1.CNC Ported AFR 205 with Fast Ported 92mm intake and Comp Cam YER 228/232/.588/.595/114 LSA.
2.CNC Ported L92 Heads with .600 lift springs and Ported L76 Intake with same cam as above.
I am hoping that one of you has made this MOD and can help me to make the right choice.

I put some 225's ETPs and a cam from LG ,

Im currently putting down 456hp.

You will need at least a 115 lsa on a cam that big to pass the sniffer, and the AFR's are the only heads I am aware that have the CARB number. Im sure you know but the FAST does not have the CARB number but should not affect the sniffer.
