Default Nor Cal Annual Cruise April 11th.

This is the Nor Cal cruise that is also called the Rainbow Run due to all the colors of the cars attending (not what you thought, huh?). George puts this on and we are making it an annual thing. Last year brought out 76 cars and everything went perfectly. We have a list on another site and we are up to about 30 cars so far. We would like to break 100 this year. The cruise starts in Petaluma and will be 100 miles or so through mountains and along the coast. We will have maps for everyone the day of the cruise. The end location will be a winery where we will have home cooked food. If you make one cruise this year, this is the one to make.

The address for the start point is right across the street from 1016 lakeville Hwy(116)

This is a park and ride parking lot with plenty of room.

Here is the info pasted from the other site.

Ok so we are going to put together a cruise for Saturday April 11. This will be a fun cruise with many great sites to see.... You will love these roads many twisties and freashly paved roads. Im posting this now to give everyone pleanty of time to make plans.....

Start point will be at the nw park and ride in Petaluma 116/101... We will meet at 9:30am and leave at 10am. We will meet after the cruise at a set location for a late lunch early dinner.

I will have maps ready and places to stop along the cruise to catch up if we lose anyone along the way... Will have more details to come.....

The last cruise was great we had over 75 cars and no real problems at all.. was a great spring day and everyone had a blast. we had a real killer GTG after the cruise and had some great mexican food at a nice little winery of a friend of ours in the vette family...

Please post up if you lan on making it. We will come up with pre-meeting spots for Noth Bay, South bay and Sacramento people

Had a great time last year. I have an idea. Everybody buys a raffle ticket for $5 or $10 and the money is given away at the end of the cruise. A "Pot of Gold" at the end of the Rainbow

Hopefully it will not rain becuase I will not make the cruise on the 18th. That is the 1st Auto-x for the year at Solano and I know where I would rather be.

You guys did this purposely! I'm committed to a 45th Mustang Anniversary Celebration in Birmingham, AL and a 5 day caravan with about 465 cars from Las Vegas to Birmingham. This sounds like a bunch of fun but we're leaving on April 9 and I'll miss the Rainbow Cruise. Do it later in the year and I'll be there with my 69.

We will plan an end of summer cruise as well, but won't be releasing any info on that until mid summer.
