The Target date for the Hooters of Sacramento Annual Car show, hosted by JFC and the California Corvette Club is April 4th 2009. We had 175 Corvettes there last year and hope to equil or top that mark this year. There will be a raffle, show and shine with peoples choice prizes and the girls will take photos at your car.
Keep and eye on: http://www.californiacorvetteclub.org in the next months. This is a free to attend and enter car show, as always.
Bud/CCC Treasurer.
Location: Supporting the Corvette Community at Abel Chevrolet in Rio Vista, CA 707-374-6317 Ext.128
Keep this thread alive and I am sure you will have quite the turnout. I will copy and paste onto the other sit as well. I think the 175 will not be a problem.
Hooters of Sacramento, there are three Hooters in the greater Sacramento area. Which one will this be held at? The Hooters in Natomas by chance? The other Hooters have smaller parking lots....

Its the Hooters by Arden Fair. There's plenty of parking in the back of the lot.
We went last year & had a lot of fun, met a lot of great people. If I recall correctly it was the next exit after Cal-Expo & down a couple of blocks to the right. Looking forward to it!!!
While on the subject of Vettes in Sac, where do people recommend taking their Vettes for servicing/repairs etc in Sacramento?
I have a 1979 C3, so I'm sure a lot of the C5-C6 guys in the forum take theirs to the GM dealerships, as they're still new/within warranty.
But what about older Vettes, still GM dealerships, or independent places?
I have an 06 C6 and I have MSI in Roseville service my car. It's a little more expensive but you will have peace of mind knowing they will take care of your care and the service will be done right.
