Default Z06 striping done (pics)

Hi,

I don't want to dupe my post in the C6-Z06 forum, but Shawn from Active Auto Body did a terrific job, here are some photos of the result, hope you like it. Now I can't wait for my 360 FORGED wheels to come in to complete the setup.

I love racing stripes! In the past, I've put them on several cars. I think the front looks fantastic! I hope you don't mind a little criticism. The stripes on the back make the rear look tall, and the license plate appears to be floating. I would remove the stripes in the license plate indentation. Just a thought. Again, your car looks fantastic!

Could go both ways on the rear stripe coming down. After looking at it for a while I think it kinda looks ok, but resembles a viper stripe going all the way to the bottom like that and looking tall. I'd probably remove the rear emblem tho.

I'd park it in my garage I think the rear looks a bit odd as well, but I am sure it is just the photo as you are standing on top of the car when the pictures were taken. If that makes sense. Looks great in any case.

There's some pretty sick architecture going on at a couple of those houses (entry ways) in the background, no doubt to match the sick striping!

The stripping does make your car "Pop" from the others.... that's for sure! Good idea and good looking!

Andy,

Are you going to put "GT 500" on the side? :-)
