CA specific, Need CA Emissions decal for a 82 Corvette

Hello,

Where can I find an Emissions decal for a;
1982 Corvette Crossfire w/CALIFORNIA Emissions?
Car is original an CA car as part of the build sheet i found said it was built in Bowling Green KY and delivered to Van Nuys CA, not far from me.

I will need the decal for CA SMOG inspection... :rollseyes:

and where is the decal suppossed to be placed?
pics would be great!
Will someone who has a 82 Corvette w/CA Emissions, please email me a detailed pic of the decal.

As far as I recall the decal is underneath the hood and you can buy it from Corvette Central. It is a picture of the vacuum hoses with some blabla. I restored my car a few years ago and had to redo all the decals. 82's are cool, good luck!

Or try your local body shop. I needed a CA emissions sticker for a 2007 vette that Motorized Autobody in Fremont (the old Synergy shop) was able to get for me in less than 2 days.

The sticker goes on the drivers side of the hood, right next to the hood light (inboard). Let me know if you still want a pic e-emailed.
