When you go through tech, the guy will usually ask how fast you run and if you tell him anything under 11.5 he'll give you the obligatory "If you continue to run under you'll need a roll cage..." speech.
On Wednesday nights they are more strict about it (2 warnings then you get tossed for doing it 3 times) but with Test and Tune or event races they're a little more relaxed. I was there last Friday night and a woman driving an 02 Z28 was running 11.3x's all night long and they didn't say boo to her.
I also asked the girl at the timeslip booth about it once too. Her reply was that as long as you're not going down the track sideways or driving recklessly or one of the starters calls over to have her warn you, you'll be fine.

Yep, Vic, Jerome and me were all "breakin the law" and they just shook the finger at us, but did not say we could not continue to do it. I would do a couple soft passes and then let 'er rip.
Ok new competion lets see who gets kicked out first!! Your not fast unless you go home!!
thats what i thought last year. i ran 11.3 i was all happy i was gonna get booted, i came around and he asked me what i ran, with a grin from ear to ear i told him 11.3 , he says "just keep it above 10"
Rules are on page 2 of the flyer. Keep in mind we changed some of the bracket times this year.
Get there early, tech closes at 11:30. Looking forward to seeing you guys up there this weekend!! Remember we have a car show on Saturday at the Sacto Marriottt in Rancho Cordova!!
