Default Tech II help?

Hey Guys,

I'm ordering the new PFADT shocks today and I need to find someone that can disable my F55. Does anyone in the Northern California (east bay) area have access to a Tech2 and would be willing to help a forum member out?

I actually have a Tech2 but only have an 8mb card with outdated software.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I already called Synergy and they wanted $100 to flip the switch off

Thanks!
Neal

Its a 3-5K tool to own the Tech 2. 100 to reflash the BCM is pretty good. The dealer wants more I would think.

That is actually very reasonable. I have a friend with one that was kind enough to kill my F45 for free, but $100 is a good price. Sorry, my friend won't do yours.

I should add that if you went and had Synergy do a tune on your car, Rick would probably tune out the shocks at the same time for nothing.

haha, good call. Yeah, $100 is pretty reasonable, I agree. I meant no disrespect for Synergy...I was just seeing if there were alternatives. I stopped by the dealership and they wanted $60-90 depending on the time....from what I hear, I'm much better off going to Rick.

Thanks guys for the feedback!
