haha i know. antioch/pittsburg is doable in that range but i dont like either town. I can get an apartment/condo all day in this range also but im praying i can find a house/townhouse. Even if its all beat up!

Yeah I can't take it anymore. I work in a few cities of the bay area so i'd like to be a little closer + i have family in pittsburg.

Have you called property managers in that area. They can tell right away if you can find one !

x2, when I was searching for places to live, I signed up with 6 different realtors to help me find what I wanted. They were free, and of course had constant updates.
