Next year's '2008' events include: Thursday June 12th 'Cruise-in' at Northwest Community Park. Friday..... June 13th 'Poker Run' on the back roads of Sonoma County. 'Chili & Pasta Cook Off' ~ 'Beer & Wine Taesting' at Northwest Community Park. Sat. .........June 14th 'Show & Shine' at A Place to Play Youth Park, Santa Rosa 'Cruise' downtown Santa Rosa Sun. ........June 15th 'Show & Shine' and 'Awards' at A Place to Play Youth Park, Santa Rosa Trophy Classes All entries for Peggy Sue's All-American Cruise are limited to American made cars and trucks 1976 and older. All vehicles must be parked by 9:30 the day of the "Show and Shine" Saturday June 9th and by 8:30 on Sunday June 10th, 2007. Awards ceremony will be held on Sunday June 10th at 2:00 pm must be present to receive awards. Peggy Sue’s 4th Annual “Chili & Pasta Cook-Off” “Beer and Wine Tasting” Friday, June 13th, 2008 5p.m. – 8p.m. Galvin Community Park, 3330 Yulupa Ave. Santa Rosa Join us for this 4th Annual event where Chili & Pasta Cooks will try to entice your vote with the best they have to offer. Breweries and Wineries will pour their samples to entice your pallet! Musical entertainment with the “Big Daddy of DOO-WOOP” Herbie Hancock will fill the warm evening air as you sample the chili and pasta and while drinking cool beer and sipping local wines. Still hungry? BBQ hot dogs or sausages will also be available for you to enjoy. You can enjoy over 400 magnificent classic cars, visit with friend’s and get ready for the rest of this fabulous $20 at the Gate A portion of this year’s Peggy Sue’s All-American Cruise will go to Children’s Diabetes Foundation of the North Bay This event is just a sample of the great time you will have at the Show-n-Shine at A Place to Play Youth Park in Santa Rosa on Saturday and Sunday, June 14th and 15th. Getting ready to book our rooms and send in the entry this weekend. I am supposed to lead a group from Cameron Park on that Friday, so I will let everyone know what time we are leaving.

Carrie and I are doing the same, but leaving after work in Friday fom my house. We are going to stay at Harveys again also. We are leaving the ATM cards in the room to avoid the thousand dollar each gambling bill this time though.

We had been talking about staying at Harveys because they are better rooms and you can get a good room rate. Still might. We will be happy to watch your ATM cards for you.

We are still heading down to San Simeon on the weekend that the Corvette run was cancelled. Probably heading down Saturday morning if anyone wants to go.

it starts on thursday the 12th and runs until the sunday the 15th the poker run is on friday and it is a blast

the poker run is cool they will have more cars at the show this year
