Default Fairfield Chevorlet

My brother drove cross country and his rear end started making noise outside of Barstow to the Bay Area.

I was thinking it was a rear hub bearing gone bad, but on past Monday we took it to Richie and his crew at Fairfield Chevy and found out the bad news that the rear end was shot..(good thing was that my brother's car was under warranty with a $100.00 deductible)
.
Richie put a RUSH on the authorization for a GM rep to approve the repair. (it normally takes up to 2 to 3 days for a GM rep to come out to a dealership)

Bottom line is it went in Monday morning at 7:30 AM and my brother got it out today at 5:00 PM with a new 3:15 rear end

So a BIG thanks to Richie, Mike and his crew..

Deno

Fairfield Chevy Rocks!

They are the only place I allow to do any work on my car.

Rich is Da Man and hooks it up big time!

Everyone I have ever dealt with at Fairfield chevy is Cool!

A+ Service and they treat customers with respect.

Thanks Again for all the help on all my projects and repairs Rich!

RICH"

Would like to thank everyone for everything, my brother Deno for having the hook-up with guys who know what they are doing, Richie, Mike and their crews for their knowledge, expertise, and efficiency at getting my Vette in, diagnosed, and fixed in what I consider an extraordinarily short time. So far everything is working fine, took their advice and had a nice slow cruise to my daughter in Texas and leaving in the morning for home. Thanks again guys and good luck to all of you.

Many of the cars that we work on are purchased from other dealers. It does not matter to me where you bought it, I will take just as good of care of it. Call me if you ever need anything.

I don't blame you for wanting to tell them to take a long walk off a short pier.

No trun aways at the Fairfield Chevy..Richie is the "go to man" on Corvettes and other GM products in the Bay Area.
Guarantee you will be pleased with the service and the personnel at that dealership.

I'm one of the few people who had a less than perfect experience with Richierich. It wasn't his falt and sometimes $hit just happens. What is truly impresive is how well adverse situations are handled. Customer service is A1, you just can't beat them
