Well I knew I couldn't be without a Z for too long, so after selling the 02, I found an 03 with less miles (20k opposed to 21k lol) But after running the carfax report on it, I'm a little leary. I'm buying the car to cruise, and maybe sell after a little bit, but this might effect the resale of the car. What do you guys think (oh and I can probably get the car at a steal)
here's what the carfax says.

Plus I had my dealer run the VIN for service, and it had a fuel pump, brake module, and ECM reprogram.
I haven't looked at the car yet, but plan to tonight... would these carfax things cause you to pass on this car? Just looking for thoughts and opinions. Ultimately I'll make the final call.
As a potential buyer, I'd want to know exactly what "accident or incident damage" was all about, in detail. If the "damage" was satisfactorily repaired, then I'd be happy to buy the car if it was otherwise what I wanted, and I've done this previously.
If you get it for a very good price and go out and enjoy it for a relatively short time, you should be able to get what you paid for it and maybe a little more. The car fax report does raise some issues. But if you're not looking to make money on it, drive it for fun then sell it.

Car was leased and into an accident....dealer knew that they cannot sell it on the floor, so it would be better to auction it.
If it was a long term commitment and it ran well and had it inspected at a dealership AND the price was below KBB....then I would do it.
IF it is a short term thing, no because the sae questions you bring up now, is what the next buyer will be asking themselves. That will make the turn around for sale longer.
