Default Quality Tinting in N-Ca???

Hi all,

Can anyone direct me to a quality tinting shop that has experience and success with tinting the rear window of a C6? I'm actually down on the Central Coast (Pismo Beach area) but would travel up to San Jose or even Sacramento area. Thanks...

Well I have always used Mr Tint
http://www.mistertint.com/index2.htm

Been using him since 1997...not expensive for me since I been getting the old price when he started up...but for normal customers I think he charges a bit much. But the quality it great though

Did a great job on my z06, 15% rear with vinyl over the dots (looks great) and 35% sides .. nice combo on my QS.

I had a very bad experience with Mr. Tint. In Santa Clara
He scatched my windows on my RS6 Cut my front bumper and then left my window down in the rain for 3 hrs. I had to sue him. Judge said right off to him, how many time will I see you in my courtroom Guess he had been sued several times in the recent months. I got everythig I sued for because the Judge caught him in lie.

Stay away from him..

Wow, that's terrible. I have had these guys tint 4 cars for me in the last few years -- no problems and very happy with the results.

No offence but IMO if your a good tinter you shouldnt have to use vinyl to cover the dots, thats just using the easy way out. Ive been going to Dark Reflections in Los Banos (209-826-TINT), hes been tinting for over 18 years and his work is the best IMO. Not only that he is a very picky person, so he can be truasted with any vehicle.

Is Los Banos that small town at the intersection of I5 and Hwy 152? Would you happen to know if he has done many C6's yet? Thanks

Yeah thats it. I dont know how many he's done or if he's done any, but I can guarantee you if he did your car you would be happy. He's been tinting all my cars since I could drive back in 92. He's probably tinted 10or so cars of mine and countless cars for friends of mine that love the work once they see my car. He is not cheap I'll tell you that right now, but you get what you pay for. My buddy went cheap on his truck and we tinted our cars at the same time (different places) and he needs to tint his truck again, the tint is already faded, but in his mind he was saving money when he paid half what I did. Give him a call, he really is one of the best, his name is Tony.

Default Window tinting cost?

Can someone give me a ball park amount for what Danny charges to tint a C6? I need to add that to the mod budget.

There is a great tint shop in San Jose but I can't remember name of it. I'll have to pull some receipts.
