Notify your credit card company pronto when there is a dispute between yourself and a merchant and with the problems they did to your car will be a lawsuit for the time you spent and the emotional disstress this has caused you. Try both look into it at least you will find out.

Well found the tires they put on my baby were discontinued. I did place 2 calls. One to the BAR and the other to Mike West at Discovery. Amazing, the new tires will be in tomorrow. Imagine that, hmmmm. We will see if they say Falken or Outsu........

Well, tires go on in the morning. Hope they are Falken's! Then it is off to Woodard to finish the new weatherstripping, the gauge lens and gauge billets!! Whoo hoo, she gonna look nice for Sunday's show!! More thanks and KUDOS to Rich & the guys at Woodard again!!!!!!!!!

Latest, its almost over...............

I went in today and they got the wrong tires. This time they were totally grovelling at my feet. Going back tomorrow because they got the correct ones in.

As for Woodard today was another awesome day!!!! Thanks Mike and Dave in service nice job!!!! The lens and bevels look awesome!!!!!! In the dark they have a purple glow, more than I could have ever asked for. The weatherstrip job was perfect too. Very speedy too!!!!!!!

And for sales, Dan you are awesome!!!!!! Driving that 2006 Z06 was so sick man!!!!!! I love those black and red trimmed seats!!!!!!!!!!!!

MANY KUDOS TO YOU GUYS AT WOODARD. LOVE YOU GUYS UP THERE. I will definetley be ordering my Artic White vert from you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally the saga is over. The car is in one piece. The paint is fixed, the rocker panels are fixed and the tires are done. The B.A.R. called today to inform me that they had FIVE VIOLATIONS OF LAW now linked to their license. Although this was a total nightmare and I do not wish this on anyone it was well worth all the hard work put in. My KUDOS again to EVERYONE at WOODARD CHEVROLET!!!!!!!!!! My KUDOS again to ALL THE FORUM MEMBERS THAT PM'D ME, PUT UP WITH ME DURING THIS TIME AND IN THE END STUCK IT OUT WITH ME AND LISTENED! I send all of you many hugs as well. Thanks!

Although it has nothing to do with the accident, yes.

Was this body shop a preferred shop reccomended by your insurance company? If so call them and threaten to file complaints with the department of insurance if they dont intercede on your behalf. I would also file a complaint with the Beaurau (sp) of automotive repair. My body shop here in sacramento had a terrible paint match, and forgot to refill my A4 tranny after replacing the radiator. 1 week later the trans cooked off to the tune of 2700 bucks. then we came to find out that they had improperly jacked the car and bent the rear sway bar. B.A.R. is making them repaint the nose and pick up the tranny repairs, in addition to replacing the rear sway bar. Ya gotta fight for it but in the Peoples Republick of California, They cant get away with it

Me no thinky that you read complete thread. The BAR found many violations on them. It was all settled and work was redone to her satisfaction thanks in part to the BAR.
