Corvette Clubs in Maryland

I am looking for a club to join with my 2003 MSG Vert. I mostly want to go to shows and cruises, not to the meetings and dinners (I am 18 and these things dont appeal as much). Any info on clubs in the Howard County area would help. I think Free State is the big club around, i could be wrong but info on the clubs would be nice. Thanks, Joe

The Freestate Corvette Club is based in Catonsville. We do cruises every Sunday at 1 pm leaving from the Long Gate parkway McDonalds Parking lot - LAst Sunday we had 14 Vettes and cruised up to a hot rod show in Urbana. We do a lot of events as well (we put on the OC event 2 weeks ago) It is a fun club... check it out!

Alright, sounds good. If I want to go on one of these cruises can I just show up one Sunday and tag along?

YES!!! For sure! Just show up - nice days have good turnouts - usually 10 or 12 of us when there are no scheduled events. This Sunday might be nice weather.
