I am game for Saturday. My plan for a photo opp at Mcclones rum runner is a no go. They blocked the parking lot off with cones and tape. Not impenetrable, but we all know sea bright cops are incredibly busy and we don’t want to bother them :😁
Did anyone happen to see the e85 question? Do any of you Monmouth guys run it?

Mayor of Belmar just gave notice he is ticketing any cars parked on the streets that dont belong to the residents.
Is this even legal ?? WTF is next they're going to start pulling everyone over asking for their papers?

A friend lives in Belmar and she was saying more than anything it was that people were going onto the beaches and boardwalks and leaving gloves and masks and crap on the ground. The easy solution was to force people to not to want to be there. Most of the shore towns are doing similar.

Well it's a proven fact that the 2 main reasons the trip-state area has been hit so hard:
1. The density of the population.
2. The density of the population.

Went to our local supermarket this week and the parking lot was littered with used latex gloves, masks and discarded wipes everywhere. Some people are just inconsiderate pigs.

State and county parks to be open this weekend. Mask and social distancing required.
Barber shops close but you will be able to get your dog groomed.
Dental offices still closed unless it's an emergency.

Was out yesterday since the weather finally broke for a day; drove from Sea Girt to Ortley Beach via Ocean Avenue (to check on my cousin's house for her), and then back up Rt. 37 to GSP north back to Sea Girt. Bad news: it was like the animals were let out of the zoo! There were so many people and cars out and about, and the GSP southbound was literally stopped bumper-to-bumper at two points between the Rt. 37 on-ramp and the Rt. 34 exit ramp. Good news: saw my first C8 ahead of my on the road. It was a bright red--with black trim and wheels--Z51. I'm glad I finally got to see one "in the flesh," so to speak, as I've only seen photos and videos to date. I must say I wasn't all that impressed by it; but I mainly saw the rear end view, which to me has always looked like it was designed by a committee with all the different shapes fighting with each other. I'm sure it will grow on me over time as the C7 did--it took me 7 years to move to a C7 (from my C6) LOL !

OK, lets try and put something together for Saturday late morning/early afternoon. I think there are at least a couple of us from Middletown that are in, just let us know where to meet up with the rest of you.

Those that are positive for covid-19 ride in C4's or c6/c7 with black wheels. Normal folks can polish your chrome.
