Default No CT Posse - Club Corvette CT Show & Shine

Posse and anyone else who wants to join us.

Sunday, July 13th at Moroso in Guilford, CT. Great show. Yikes! Now I have to start cleaning.
http://www.clubcorvettect.com/Flyers...lyer_Final.pdf

7:30 am, breakfast will be at the Athenian Diner II, 846 Washington Street (Route 66), Middletown, CT. Leave around 8:00 am and should be at the show around 8:45 am. Plenty of time to continue cleaning until noon, LOL.

The ride from the diner will be routes 66, 147, 17, 77, I-95 (exit 59).

Who's in for show/breakfast:
bullmarket
xeurotrashowner
ctyank2

I should be good for breakfast and show, as long as I can drag my daughter out of bed and get on the road by 6:45am...

When I asked her if she still wanted to go given the early start time, she said "daddy, I'll set my alarm for 6 so we can get up on time". She's a little trooper!

That's great. Bring lots of rags, too.

No pebbles in tire treads, absolutely no brake dust, lighter flame straight up, no lint in glovebox/console, spotless fuel filler door, no wax in body seams or emblems, no smudges on glass/mirrors, clean behind seats and in between side bolsters, spotless wheel wells, clean headlights just in case, polish mufflers, white glove test for exhaust and under fenders/quarters.........damn, I miss it.

Good luck to everyone, have a great day and bring home the hardware

Bob, You should come over and check the show out. Lot's of Vettes and vendors, food, good people. You don't have to enter, just park and come in... and yes, the cleaning is that rigorous.

It really is a great show, very well organized and nice just to see if not compete. If you win there you've earned it. The best advice I ever got for that show was "If you think it's clean, clean it again." Seeing my Son up in Ma. or I'd come down to support you guy's. Enjoy the day....

Sunday is iffy for me so I'll have to leave it as a maybe for now.

Plus I'm not crazy about spectator parking lots even if my Vette isn't so show worthy.

No parking worries there ... lots of very safe parking for Corvettes.
