Thanks for the pics John.
That show was a little different. We had a good time seeing all the different types of cars. The carpet car was over the top.

sorry I missed you guys....and REALLY SORRY I went....that was the most pathetic ATTEMPT of hosting a car show I've ever been to. After parking which was awful, my son & grandson and I were able to cross the street from spectator to show parking without getting killed by the a**holes driving in. No one controlling traffic, no one who cared. We walked down one aisle, got to the end and heard BLASTING RAP music FROM THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE SHOW which was loaded with "N" words and "F" bombs....REALLY? Blasting this crap so small kids and families is all they can hear??? Was so disgusted, turned around and left, took them to lunch. A better selection of cars at the Red Robin parking lot.....

Hey Steve- Yeah that show was different, but there were some interesting cars there. But yes most were rice burners. The music you
heard was not coming from the grand stand it was John's new car stereo. He's changed a little, but that's ok we just try to tune the music thing out.

Great pics John & Zing!
Love the pano from Zing and the "Fur Car" and the couch, (that I sure thought I would see NiNo sitting in) by John.
The clouds looked scary but no rain that I saw.
Frank, you C7 looks awesome!

I left by 10:30 and went to Cabela's. We were laughing at the collection of "show" cars. Never again.

It's the UCONN car show and of course had a young crowd. When I was a kid I drove "yesterdays" equivalent of many of those cars. There were a few nice cars there too. I liked the show. In my 20's I had little money and never could afford a "nice" car. It was good to see so many young guys tinkering with anything they could get their hands on - to the extent they could afford. A lot of those young kids looked at our Corvettes and you could see the dream starting. Happened to me a long time ago. If I can I'll go again next year.
