Right, because all drunk drivers/people texting and driving, etc. were driving Ferraris and Lambo's. Another politician looking for a scapegoat "solution."
I saw this when it came out and it's absurdly ridiculous (still not sure if it's true, although I have seen it in many places).

Old news -- satire cleverly adapted from an actual law re gun control proposed by Cuomo and the loons that are now running NY into the ground.
