Please consider joining us for the 1st Annual Clubs & Cars Golf Classic benefitting the Chip Miller Charitable Foundation. Chip Miller, my father, best friend and mentor was the founder of Carlisle Events and a extremely avid automotive enthusiast. My friend, Nick Bricker, is putting together a golf tournament to help raise funds and awareness for the rare and deadly disease Amyloidosis that took my father’s life. We are gearing this to car enthusiasts and encourage them to visit the event along with bringing your cars to help generate a buzz at the Stone Harbor Golf Club. They can be displayed before golf in the parking lot for the luncheon. Following the golf tournament we will take these fine automobiles and line them down the 18th hole for everyone to walk around and admire during a catered hors d'oeuvre and cocktail reception followed by an upscale dinner and charity auction. All vehicles are welcome from exotics, race, hot rods, customs, classics & most of all since my father was a tremendous Corvette enthusiast Corvettes.
The event will be held on Thursday, July 25th starting with an 11:00 am registration which will roll right into the 1:00 pm shotgun start scramble format golf tournament at the beautifully prestigious Stone Harbor Golf Club in Cape May Courthouse. The cost is $275 per golfer which includes lunch & 18 holes of golf with beer and refreshments. Full use of the practice facilities and locker room, hour and a half hors d'oeuvre & cocktail reception and formal dinner with open bar all evening. If anyone would like to come for just the cocktail reception & dinner with their vehicle(s) or if you might not golf the cost is $100 per person. All net proceeds will go towards the Chip Miller Charitable Foundation.
This is the inaugural event to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of Chip's passing. What better way than a car event here at his second home and favorite getaway South Jersey! As he always said… Life is Good!!!
