DRIVERS & SPECTATORS REGISTER HERE

Being racers ourselves the SlipStream Racing Events team has had the itch for a proper event that was close to home. Safety is of the utmost priority for us, followed by having fun. Some of you are aware of the buzz that has been going around. The rumors are true. SlipStream Racing Events has joined with East Coast Supercharging and Atco Raceway to allow for some Roll-On racing:

Atco Raceway, the country’s most well-known drag strip will be the location of the most exciting head-head competition in the North East.

Two FULLY PREPPED lanes for both events.
Fully stocked speed shop carrying all the octane you require.

Drag racing not your style? How about from a roll..?
We've adapted the acceleration distance to support 40-60mph rolling starts.
Choose your competitor and get your roll on for up to 1800 feet; from 09:30a-3:00p
¼ Mile drag racing from 3:00p-4:30p



As always, the rules are simple:
1. Be respectful
2. Be safe
3. Be prepared; Helmet, Long pants and closed toe shoes are required
4. Must register online; No payment at the gate. Print and bring your ticket with you Register Here

6. Must pass Tech Inspection

Base Event Fee: NONE - No hidden charges
Driver: $275 - Includes unlimited runs, drag and roll-ons. Bottled water and Gatorade at no charge
Spectator: $35 – Includes access to event (stands, pit area, and trackside)

*We are capping registration at 80 Drivers
*Driver Late Registration Fees apply after 01 July 2013
*Group discounts available-Gather all your friends from your favorite forum, contact us, and we will get you hooked up

Event is rain or shine, no refunds. If cancelled due to inclement weather, SSRE will make every attempt to reschedule.
Course of events:

08:00-08:45 Tech Inspection *Late arrivals for inspections are expected and OK.
08:45-09:00 Safety Brief / Q&A
09:30a-3:00p Side-by-Side Roll-on Racing
3:00-4:30 1/4 Mile Drag Racing

Who Can Come
The event is open to all types of cars and all horsepower levels. However, it is a private event. Each driver registration is admits 1 driver and 1 car. Additional drivers must register as a driver, even if they will use the same car.

We know that watching and hearing a Lamborghini get demolished by an LS powered car is a rush for the senses, so we've made this event open to spectators of all ages as well.

I'll be making it out to this. Probably gonna spectate to get some pictures and videos. If I can get some extra money in time, I may sign up with my slow car. Well, slow compared to most of the cars on the list lol.

All,

Is there anyone coming from Virginia or Maryland area? I don't have a trailer and want to take my stock wheels with tires up for the event. I'll even help pay for gas for taking up some space. Anyone trailering their car and have some room? I'll even drive up the tires to Delaware sometime this week if someone is going from that way. Better then driving up 3 hours to drop off at ECS and drive back another 3 hours.

Gentleman, we have 130+ reservations through Facebook, and dozens more that have expressed interest at local events and meets. Please note we are only allowing 80 racers for the day (this ensures every driver is able to race as often as they'd like throughout the day).
