Default Captree?

I'm thinking of going to Captree Sunday. Has anyone been there lately?

A little late for Sunday but I took the bike down on Saturday, you can get there, OBI is open and accessible, Captree, as Rich said, is also accessible but no cafe, bridge to the State Park is closed. At one point you have to detour into the north (westbound) lanes for about 2 miles. Only problem is sand buildup on that side and when your coming back west you get blasted by sand from eastbound traffic.

My buddy and I took our cars there yesterday. About sixty cars were there; a good number of them were 'Vettes. No cafe, but the bathrooms were open.

it is all brick below the blue siding they put on years ago. I also built the concession bathrooms if you make a right and look towards the RM bridge.. That was built during hurricane Gloria.

I gotta get down there again, not so keen on driving through all the blowing sand though! Anyone know if a meet is scheduled to happen?
