Default New Daily Driver

Finally retired the 2004 R32 (for sale).

Here's the replacement. 2009 Audi S5, 15K miles.

The 120 mile ride to/from work will be a lot more comfortable now.

Nice- I always liked the Audi's. It's probably faster than my C4 ! Any idea what 0-60 would be ?

My son had an 03 Quatro A4 3.0L with 6 spd. The car was sweet to drive, but ate up tires pretty quick with the quatro. My neighbor had the same issue with hers.
The problem was not the car with us. It was Audi Corporate, and dealer service. Both were the absolute worst for any vehicle we've ever owned. The dealer refused to honor agreements, fix problems, and even to accept the extended warranty "they" sold us. Audi agreed with me on issues but refused to "convince" the dealer to do the right thing.
IF you have a good dealer, and have no issues with the car, I know you will love it. They really are beautiful cars, and perform wonderfully. Good luck with it.

Your dad has Great taste in Corvettes!

The 64 was my DD for several years, but the 120 mile daily commute to my new job required a few more MPG.
