SHOW-Smithville Corvette Show, Smithville, NJ Sun 10/16/11
Historic Smithville Village Presents The 2011 Smithville Corvette Rendezvous on Sunday October 16th. Registration opens at 8am and trophies will be awarded by 3:00pm. Registration runs from 8am until 10:30am, but plan to get there early for the prime parking locations, and we can park Clubs and friends together, as long as you arrive together.
This is a great location for a show, it's on a nice lake with plenty of restaurants and lots of shopping and you can make it a weekend getaway with a stay at the Smithville Inn. We will have two large parking lots filled with Corvettes.
We will have 20 different classes for all types and model years of Corvettes. And returning for 2011 are the Best Of Generation Awards. Plus a $100 cash prize for the Corvette Club with the most registered attendees. You can still pre-register for the show and save $5, plus you will guarantee yourself a 2011 dash plaque. This year's featured Corvette on the dash plaques is one of 2010's "Best Of" Models.

Just a suggestion, I suspect it is probably easier said than done but a Corvette only designated parking area would be nice for the people that are not participating in the show. I usually drive the DD due to the crappy parking situation but would love to be able to drive my Vette if I know there would be safe parking provided for it. Otherwise it is an awesome show in an awesome location.

I think we can work something out for Corvette Only Spectator Parking, so come on done for the afternoon. It will be a really quick trip in a Callaway!

If you are on the fence about coming to this show or have never even participating in it.....jump down, get your *** in your Vette and head on over to Smithville.... you will not be disappointed! It is one of the....one of my favorite shows, one I which look forward to participating in with my Buddies every Fall from the minute I uncover my black beauty in the Spring!!

Pretty sure we'll make it this year. Probably just specatators because we can't get a sitter to the house early enough for the show.
