Is it possible to fit these brakes into C4s? What are some of the mods necessary to make this possible?

I am sure it is possible as people are putting C5 & C6 brakes on C4s but I am not sure what needs to be done to make it happen. These brakes are a direct bolt on to a C5 or C6 so whatever you need to do to make a C6 brakes fit is probably going to be about the same.

Will these work with the stock c6 (05) 5spoke wheels or would i need larger wheels to clear?

You will need spacers to get them to work on your car... the Baer MIGHT work.. I can send you a template and you can measure the Stoptech and Baer brakes with your wheels to see if they will work
