Well Barry there were some complaints from people about some kids driving too fast out of the parking lot so i thought the event may be shut down

Your right Ryan...it's always the ricers that are creating trouble!

You know what, it's not the car per-se, but the average age of the crowd. Younger guys (and girls) are more prone to doing stupid stuff. Younger people buying rather cheap cars that can be cheaply modded. With that said, I saw a young guy in an Astin Martin Vanquish yesterday driving like a total Dbag in traffic. It's lack of experience that gets people in trouble or worse.

I know a few ricers who are actually pretty respectful and fun to hang out with, but they are the exception in my experience.

There is only ONE way of finding out. Weather permitting (of course) lets try and make it there this coming Tuesday evening, say between 6pm and 7pm? I'll be there.

That's better than the yr before last when some kid got killed on rt 70 (from what I heard) racing someone after leaving Dicks. Like Ed said someone will have to go. I'm working til 8 so I'm out, have to relieve moms care keeper when I get home.

It was moved around a couple times after it got booted from Best Buy. They now meet at the Lowe's/Bally's parking lot in front of the old Sport Authority. They organize it on tristatetuners.com.

I was over a freinds house late last Tuesday and drove by it on the way home around midnight. There were still about 10 cars, but apparently they had a decent showing earlier in the night.

If anyone wants to hit it up one night, let me know. Right down the street from me, and while redoing my kitchen I have spent alot fo time at that Lowes - my car knows how to get me there on autopilot by now.

The guys who originally were organizing it did a great job initially at keeping the event real respectful. There were a couple of nights were they really had some cool cars showing up. Unfortunately it grew real fast and once they started to getting 300+ cars, that many more a-holes started showing up in their primered Celicas with fart cans and $1000 stereo systems that they felt the need to blast the entire time they were there.

Please do Ron! There isn't much there but a parking lot, but we had some hours of great bench racing there in the past. If the Best Buy lot doesn't work out I think we should just pick someplace to call our own this season and make a recurring, through the week type cruise somewhere that would suffice our needs. I myself am open to suggestions on the where.

Maybe I will show up too. Have to see Eric and his new Z.

I think that I saw Ryan blasting down Rt. 38 today in his Vette.

Ed. They moved from the Best Buy/Dicks lot to the Lowes lot.
