Very nice work. How does the paint hold up over time? Should these hood liners be used just for car shows or will they stand up to day-to-day driving and long road trips?

The paint will hold its own over time but remember that there is much heat under the hood of our vettes and could impact the detail of the work slightly over the life of the car.
All in all the work will remain top notch if taken care of.

I soooo want to get one for my Dad then possibly for myself but the quotes I got from others made me come to the conclusion that I can't afford one, but damn they do look great!

Nope, but with the other quotes I have gotten I realize even if you guys were 50% cheaper it still wouldn't be in my budget. I had no idea how much the airburshing costs, like seriously NO idea, I was caught offguard in a big way.
I'll put together a idea of what I'm looking for and send you a picture later, maybe you will shock me in a good way.
