"Vettes to Vets" - Bedford, MA - Sunday, September 27

There is a good cause Sat the 19th also Corvettes conquer Cancer in Nashua NH. Didn't get any response the first time. I will be at Vettes for Vets also probably parking cars.
Let's not forget this Sunday! Regardless of the forecast, you can be assured that there will be MANY Corvettes attending. Last year was a rainy day, but there were about 150 Vettes in attendance, and many of those drivers would never deliberately take their Corvette out in the rain. Just goes to show how much this Vettes to Vets means to all of us! I'll be there in my '05, and I hope to see you there, too.
I got a free car wash at this event! As for the final number of Corvettes, I loss count around 140. I know there were more. One of our members (NECC) made the news on Channel 5. They did a nice piece on this great event! It will probably repeat on the 11PM news.
Yesterday's "Vettes to Vets" was another huge success!! Despite the forecast of rain and more rain, a very respectable number of over 150 Corvettes from all over New England and New York showed up with bags and bags of items for the veterans at the Bedford VA Hospital. Thanks to all who defied the weather and were able to make it!! We'll keep hoping for a sunny day next year so everyone will attend.
