Gas
Do you prefer one brand of premium gas over another or do you think all the gas stations are pumping the same stuff ?
Anyone buy their gas from the WaWa ??

Top tier gas is all I'll use in any of our cars and it's a bit hard to find in these parts. I've been using nothing but Shell V-Power. Google "top tier gas" and read. My slant is if you're payin' high prices for motor fuels you might as well get the best product you can obtain. Top tier fuels meet the grade requirements in additives (detergents, etc) and have to maintain that quality to remain on the list.

I only fill my vette with Shell 93. It's the most available top tier gas in the area. I refuse to buy Mobile and Exxon. Amoco is not available in this area any more. I've used Wawa in my other cars with no problems but, I prefer to use Hess in my truck and other cars. Another gas I refuse to buy is Lukoil which is Russian gas . That's my opinion!

One thing to note about WaWa (or at least the ones near me), they are all 92 ocatane, where most others are 93. For most of us it doesn't matter too much, but for the guys with the higher hp cars, that can really hurt in the summer.
Personally, I don't think it really matters all that much.

Amoco or Shell for me, unless I'm stuck on the road somewhere. Then I'll just get whatever name brand premium gas is available. I won't take a chance with the cheap stuff in the car unless I'm really desparate. I put some Delta gas in my truck at a place is Roselle, NJ, and it started missing, and running like crap. At 120 K miles on a 98 Ford Explorer, I didn't care that much, but it still pissed me off.
