Looking for a private inspection station in Bergen County area, NJ

Went to a guy around here today and he told me that he wouldn't pass me because my headlights are HID, the tail lights are LED, it's loud and he can't get it on his lift. About the only legitimate thing he said is that it is a bit on the loud side. Needless to say, I need to find a place that I can take the car to and won't get worked over. Thanks, Chris
