This is where the Battleship New Jersey is docked, America's most decorated Battleship.
From the moment you step across the ship’s brow you will understand that this is a museum where visitors take an active role. From strolling across forecastle to climbing the original ladders up to the bridge, and beyond, each step in your journey brings you closer to understanding what life was like for a sailor on the Battleship New Jersey.
Meeting spot will be...Korman Industrial Business Park in Bellmawr, New Jersey "parking lot on Benigno Blvd" @10:00am.
Directions: From South in NJ
Take I295 North or Rte 55 North to Rte 42 North. Exit 42 North on to I676 North. Take I676 North to Martin Luther King Blvd exit. Follow directions "From Martin Luther King Blvd."
From North in NJ
Take NJ Turnpike South to Exit 4. After exit take Rte 73 North approximately a mile and exit on to I295 South. Take I295 South to the next exit - Rte 70 West. Follow Rte 70 West and signs for Benjamin Franklin Bridge on to Rte 30 West (Admiral Wilson Blvd.) Follow Rte 30 West to Martin Luther King Blvd exit (Before Benjamin Franklin Bridge). Follow directions "From Martin Luther King Blvd."
From Walt Whitman Bridge
Take I95 or I76 East to Walt Whitman Bridge. Exit Walt Whitman Bridge at first ramp follow signs to I676 North. Take I676 North to Martin Luther King Blvd. Exit. Follow directions "From Martin Luther King Blvd."
From Benjamin Franklin Bridge
Take I676 South to Martin Luther King Blvd exit. Follow directions "From Martin Luther King Blvd."
From Martin Luther King Blvd
Take Martin Luther King Blvd. West toward Waterfront. Follow until you come to the Wiggins Park circle, turn right past Aquarium, turn right again at end of street and right again on Delaware. Garage entrance is on your right. After parking, take elevator or stairs and exit facing the Aquarium across the street. The Battleship Shuttle can be picked up outside that garage exit.

Willard and I did that run a couple of months ago and I just wanted to warn you the roads suck. I think if you call ahead you might be able to get them to let you park the cars in the gate near the ship, then the boss can get some good pics with the cars and the ship. If not you have to park in the Aquarium lot. Have fun
I remember that "tug of war" between Bayonne and Camden.
Now Bayonne temporarily got the Intrepid and the 911 teardrop memorial no one wanted. Right now they are next to eachother. The location was all political. More people would have visited the New Jersey if it was up this way, we could have aimed the big guns at NYC
So who is in...responses are a little confusing to me!
We can meet at the Intrepid and the 911 teardrop memorial in Bayonne then drive down the NJTP to Camden to the New Jersey. But I have a feeling the south guys would be sacred to go to the Bayonne ship yards.

Isn't the Intrepid docked in Staten Island?
Intrepid is currently scheduled to leave her berth at Staten Island’s Homeport Pier shortly after 8:00 AM on October 2, 2008. She is expected to be moving north by 9:30 AM, and be alongside a brand new Pier 86 by 1:30 PM. As this is a construction project, the time, date and logistics of the move are tentative and subject to change.

I did not know they moved it from Bayonne to SI, that photo must be old. Another meet point can be from Sandy Hook or Liberty State Park.
