This was just a "half slam", stock bolts untouched bushings. John's FE1 suspension responded as I thought and will come down a bit more as it settles. John is on probation for awhile (like a lowered C5 pledge) and has to learn the ropes and the scrape of the holy air dam. We talked of further suspension butchery at a later time, after his new wheelset/tires and (John listens very well) his 9/16" grade 8 bolts and attachments come in from boltdepot.com in the brown truck. I just got in from Atlantic City with the Wife and her sister (to see of all people Rick Springfield) where I consumed the necessary Martinis to get me through the event. 
It's all good now.
Ride Probation I like that! And thats very very true! You do have to slightly adjust your driving style to work with the newly discovered automotive style
It looks wonderful and now every time he posts a picture he won't have the entire C5 board telling him he needs to lower it, it's almost worth it just for that

It looks like the OLD guy did all the work and you just held the camera. JKLooks awesome. Now maybe I can get Ed to lower my C6. I hear a couple of martinis may be inline.
