Long Islander looking for a black (on tan pref) C5!

Hey guys! I was referred over to you all...I live on Long Island, New York and i'm having a hard time finding a the forementioned car. One place on Long Island has one..but it's likely a Cosignment deal...not budging even AN INCH with it...it has 28k, and is a 98...but won't even move half an inch....I left there hoping for a phone call with them trying to make a deal...it was being sold for 21500, I gave an offer and they said that they wouldn't even accept 20500 because of the low mileage and that by the spring, they'd sell it. What's your take on this? I'd love to hear what you all have to say and if you all have any used car buying advice. I'm all ears!!...err..or in this case, eyes ^_^..gotta read around these parts

Here's a couple i found on Craigslist on Long Island one's black the other white - this is a good place to find vettes reasonably priced especially now is the time to buy
